I had a frustrating time trying to cancel. I figured it would be a quick thing, like a couple clicks and done, but it dragged on way longer than it should have. The refund also took forever to show up, which made it even more annoying. I get that these things can take a few business days, and I’m usually patient about stuff like that, I once waited three weeks for a kitchen gadget I didn’t even need, but this just felt unnecessarily slow

I tried using megaseats.com and just got annoyed quickly. I assumed the filters would stay put like they do on most sites, but they kept resetting, and some pages loaded in a weird way that made me think something wasn’t working right. Checkout also felt more confusing than it needed to be, so I kept backing up and trying again. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but for me the website was enough to make me give up.

I used a promo code and it saved me a few bucks, which was nice. Nothing huge, but it definitely helped a bit. I’d say it’s worth checking for a code before you buy

They replied quickly, within about an hour, and actually explained what I needed to do in a way that made sense. It didn’t feel like a generic copy-and-paste response, which was a nice surprise.
I’m giving 4 stars because the checkout fees still caught me off guard a bit, but the support experience was solid. They got me sorted without turning it into a whole thing, so I was happy with that

I bought tickets and the whole mobile transfer process was a mess. The links were confusing, nothing seemed to work the way it was supposed to, and I ended up standing outside the venue stressing about whether I’d even get in. Support took forever to respond, and when they did, I kept getting different answers from different people, which made it even more frustrating. Really not something I want to deal with again.
